This thing is basically a mini spa with wheels. It’s supportive for work, but when I lean back and kick the footrest out? Game over. Easily the best thing I’ve bought for my home office.

The package arrived two days early and my husband loves it!!!! The quality of the chair is great. The vibration could be a little stronger, but it still gets the job done. The footrest could be a little sturdier, but the heating is excellent! I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone who sits for long periods of time.
1.What should I do if the logistics tracking hasn't been updated?
