works great with additional weights to hold it in place (bought mine thru Amazon). Only recommendation I have is to assemble it close where you’ll be using it. Due to my skin cancer I assembled it on my front large porch to stay out of the sun. Then moving it; it was very awkward, going thru gate and walking it all the way around the house. But, saying this, you can tell it is very sturdy; got to the backyard looking good!
The triangular bracket design provides extra stability, and we anchored it to our concrete patio for added security. The included drain channels redirect rainwater away from the house, preventing puddles, and the fabric’s air vents reduce wind resistance.

That evening we experienced a straight line wind and it blew the canopy over and broke the coupling where the winding gear attached to the canvas. I was bummed. I reached out to Amazon to see if I could purchase just the nylon coupling and they requested pictures so they could send them to the manufacturer. I heard nothing from them for several weeks and assumed they could not help me. I tried to epoxy the broken part and put screws into the tube. It seemed very tenuous. Then out of the blue, the pieces I needed showed up on my porch!!!!!! AWESOME!! I wasn't expecting anything since it was not their fault that the wind blew it over and it cracked, but low and behold, they took care of me. Thank you so much!!! It's an amazing patio addition for us. I highly recommend not only the product but also the support!!!
1.What should I do if the logistics tracking hasn't been updated?
We will deliver your products to the logistics provider as soon as possible after receipt of the order,and you will receive the tracking number. Please check the shipping progress on the logistics provider's website. Please be patient as there may be a delay between shipping and the logistics provider's scanning. If there is no update for more than 2-3 business days, contact us or directly call the logistics company to inquire about any potential issues, such as holidays or adverse weather conditions causing delays.
2.Why does my package appear to be opened and repackaged?
Sometimes, due to the excessive weight of the package, delivery personnel may open it to facilitate easier handling, ensuring they can manage it on their own. They then repack the items to maintain the integrity of the packaging. While this may sound unusual, occasional situations like this can arise. Although we hope to avoid such occurrences, they might happen unexpectedly. If you discover any issues with the product after installation, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the matter. This problem is common with heavier cases and is not usually seen with regular products.
3.Why is there a slight difference between the product received and the advertising pictures?
Due to variations in display monitors and lighting conditions during photography, theactual color of the product may differ slightly. This is unavoidable. Fo r accurate color representation, please refer to the actual product color. If there is any discrepancy between the product and the images, please contact us.
